How does the AI know which appointment slots are available?+
In production we connect to your scheduling system (Google Calendar, Jane App, ClinicMaster, Practice Better, or a custom EHR). The AI pulls live availability, books in real time, and the appointment shows up in your calendar before the call ends. In this public demo the slots are simulated so visitors can hear the booking flow without booking real patient time.
Can it handle urgent or emergency calls?+
Yes — we configure triage rules with your clinical lead during setup. For symptoms that need immediate care (chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, possible stroke), the AI tells the caller to hang up and call 911 / their local emergency number, then can warm-transfer to your on-call nurse line.
