Call `get_business`. If nothing is set up, gather the details in the [Setup checklist](https://orangechat.ai/docs/setup-checklist) from what you know, confirm anything uncertain with the owner, and call `setup_business`. Prices, hours, and policies must be the owner's real ones; the receptionist repeats them to callers. 2. Help the owner choose between a new number and forwarding their existing number ([Phone number and call forwarding](https://orangechat.ai/docs/phone-number-and-forwarding)). 3. The owner picks a plan and phone number in the dashboard (the link is in `get_business`). Payment and phone numbers always need the owner. 4.
